We value your interest in our products and want to ensure you have a seamless and informative experience. Here’s what you can expect when you schedule your in-home consultation.

Scheduling Your Appointment
After you've filled out our request for more information, one of our friendly sales representatives will promptly call you to set up an appointment. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days of receiving your inquiry. During this call, we will schedule a convenient appointment time for you, typically within a 30-minute window, such as 10-10:30 am. We'll also confirm the appointment within 24 hours to ensure it still works for you. Plan for the appointment to last approximately 60 minutes.

Understanding Your Needs and Your Space
When we arrive at your home, our first priority is getting to know you and understanding your needs. The more we can learn about the end result you're seeking, the more directly we’ll be able to provide recommendations on the products that can deliver. Have questions or concerns? This is the perfect time for us to address them and any others that come up along the way. This conversation naturally leads to an inspection of your space where the awning, sunshade, or insect screen will be installed.
During this inspection phase, we will meticulously assess the area, identify potential challenges, and propose solutions. Measurements will be taken, and we'll pinpoint the placement of electrical outlets for motorized options. We'll also capture pictures of the area to ensure our installer is fully prepared. This step is critical for a smooth installation process.

Considering and Selecting Options
Next, we'll discuss fabric and frame options, focusing on both performance and aesthetics. Our goal is to help you choose options that best complement your home's look and meet your functional requirements. If applicable, we'll explore accessory options that can enhance your experience, such as LED lighting, wind sensors, weather breaker panels, or cleaning kits. We'll provide insights into the costs and benefits of each, allowing you to make an informed decision and give us more insight so we can provide you with the most accurate estimate.

Review Your Personalized Quote
The beauty of this consultation structure is that we now have everything needed to put together a personalized, comprehensive overview of the products, cost, and financing options. This process only takes 5-10 minutes and can be done on-site, giving you additional time to review your options and ask any remaining questions.

Place Your Order
Once you’ve reviewed the quote and are ready to proceed with your order, we'll collect a 50% deposit and provide you with a timeframe for product delivery and installation schedule. If you're not ready to move forward during your appointment, no worries! We respect your decision-making process and will follow up based on your preferences.
